Cumann nc mBunscol Competition

After 34 years, away from the Cumann na mBunscol competition Ballaghameehan N.S are back with a bang! Pairc Sean on a sunny May afternoon was the venue for the decider in Division 7. Our opponents were a strong Tarmon team who had beaten us by a point in our opening game. But with game time, practice and strategic changes, Ballaghameehan were well prepared for the re-match. The triple captaincy of our 6th class boys, the teamwork, skill, determination and talent shone on the pitch last Saturday and the team pulled away in the 2nd half to claim a convincing victory against Tarmon N.S.. We wish to thank our enthusiastic band of players who showed such commitment. To the parents who managed the team a sincere thanks to you for your support, expertise and commitment.
