Physical Activity

As part of the Peace IV Programme, the school children attend Rossinver Organic Centre regularly for tree and seed planting workshops. We usually walk to the Organic Centre which we are very lucky to have near our school.

The Children in the Junior Classroom brought their boots to school last Friday so that they could play outside in the snow. Unfortunately enough snow didn’t fall for them to build a snowman.

Darragh Cox, a coach  from Leitrim Sports Partnership came to the school during the year to provide hurling coaching sessions with the children. They really enjoyed these session!
